Temporary restrictions on take-off and landing of aircraft have been introduced at Volgograd Airport. This was announced on January 15 by the representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency Artem Korenyako.

"Volgograd Airport (Gumrak). Temporary restrictions have been imposed on the reception and release of aircraft," the Telegram channel said.

It clarifies that such measures are necessary to ensure flight safety.

Similar measures were introduced at Saratov Airport earlier in the day. Prior to that, Korenyako announced the introduction of time restrictions in the Kaluga airport.
