The Russian military spoke about the AFU's fear of openly using equipment in the DPR

Units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) began to rely on infantry movements, without using military equipment in the open, in the Konstantinovsky area of the special military operation (SVO). This was announced on January 15 by the commander of the grenade launcher platoon of the South group of forces with the call sign Fighter.

"The enemy is not using technology openly right now. Basically, all movements are infantry, and we have an impact on manpower," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

The soldier also noted that the enemy does not use equipment, as, presumably, he has run out of it.

On January 13, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that gunners of the Guards tank formation of the South group of forces in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) had destroyed observation posts and a dugout of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Konstantinovsky direction of the SVR. According to the agency, they were equipped to shelter the manpower of the Ukrainian military.
