An attack by UAVs on infrastructure facilities was repelled in the Volgograd region

Air defense systems have repelled an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) on transport and energy infrastructure facilities in the Volgograd region. This was announced on Thursday, January 15, by the governor of the region Andrey Bocharov.

"Tonight, the air defense units of the Russian Ministry of Defense are repelling a terrorist attack by unmanned aerial vehicles on transport and energy infrastructure facilities," the press service of the Volgograd Region administration quoted him as saying on the Telegram channel.

It is clarified that at the moment there are no consequences as a result of the UAV attack.
