Rapper Guf (real name — Alexey Dolmatov) pleaded not guilty in the robbery case. This was announced on January 14 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the hall of the Naro-Fominsk City Court of the Moscow region.

"I do not agree with the charges. I did not commit an open theft of the phone," he said.

The second defendant, Gevorg Sarukhanyan, also pleaded not guilty.

The incident occurred on October 23, 2024, at a sauna and wellness complex in the Naro-Fominsk city district. The court clarified that Guf and Sarukhanyan came into conflict with the man and stole an Apple iPhone 14 Pro mobile phone from him. At the same time, Sarukhanyan twisted the victim's arms, and Dolmatov punched the man in the face several times and made threats.

Last November, Guf, released from the rehabilitation center for addicts (rehab), performed at a concert in Moscow with an electronic bracelet. Before that, on October 23, a conflict occurred in the Moscow region with Dolmatov's participation. A rapper near one of the bars hit a man on the head.

Guf and his accomplice face up to seven years in prison. Currently, the rapper is on his own recognizance not to leave and behave properly.
