TV presenter Elena Malysheva said on January 13 that one day her colleague on the program "Live healthy!" Herman Gandelman fell through the ice and frostbitten part of his leg.

"He (Gandelman. — Ed.) He calls me and says: "I'm frostbitten. They removed something from me. <...> I went for a walk, fell into a lake, and came out without one shoe." And then he stomped for several hours with one bare foot in a sock," she recalled on the program on Channel One.

Malysheva clarified that Gandelman had part of the soft tissues of his leg removed due to severe frostbite.
