The prosecutor's office began checking after an accident with a minibus in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

The prosecutor's office organized an inspection of an accident with a minibus in the Uzhursky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, as a result of which 11 people were injured. This was announced on January 10 by the press service of the regional prosecutor's office.

"The Prosecutor's Office has organized a review of the implementation of legislation on road safety. During the inspection, an assessment of the activities of the carrier, an individual entrepreneur from the city of Uzhur and the balance holder of the highway, will be given," the message says.

At the same time, a procedural check is being conducted on a violation of the rules of the road by the minibus driver, which caused serious harm to health (Part 1 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The department added that a criminal case has been opened on the provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life or health of consumers (Part 1 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The course of the inspection and investigation is under the control of the Prosecutor's Office.
