The Ukrainian prisoner told about raids of shopping malls at ATMs

In Ukraine, employees of territorial recruitment centers (TCCs) during forced mobilization organize raids at ATMs at the time of operations of potential recruits with bank cards. This was announced on January 8 by the Ukrainian prisoner of war Yuri Konovalov.

"You go up to the ATM, you look, and just like that, there's no one there. You just insert the card, the card has just entered the ATM, they are already standing behind you, that's it. They just see that if you insert a card into an ATM, then, of course, you probably won't run away because you want to pick up the card," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
