Among the restored buildings is the museum-estate of Leo Tolstoy in Khamovniki. Here, experts have restored historical facades, wallpaper and stoves. At the same time, the restorers made the most of the old preserved materials — as a result, less than 2% had to be added to the new dies. The Svoboda Factory club also underwent restoration: restorers restored the four-color facade and brought the original 80-meter lamps back to life. Restoration of historical residential buildings is also actively underway in the capital. Since 2020, almost 40 buildings have been restored. In 2025, they included the Broido house, to which complex mosaic icons from 20 thousand fragments of smalt were returned. In the coming year, the Moscow authorities plan to restore the Melnikov House, the hippodrome, and the Ostankino and Kuzminki manor ensembles.
