ATOR reported the absence of organized tourists from Russia in Caracas.

Currently, there are no organized tourists in Caracas through Russian ATOR member tour operators. This was reported on the Association's website on January 3.

"There may be relatively few tourists on Margarita Island who have purchased vouchers on Conviasa flights from a tour operator with Venezuelan roots, Venetur Rusia, this information is currently being clarified," the report says.

They added that the last flight took off from the island to Moscow on January 2, it is expected today at 15:26 in Vnukovo.

Military bases and infrastructure facilities were attacked

According to Colombian President Gustavo Petro, the United States has attacked the Venezuelan parliament building in Caracas. He also added that at least 11 facilities were attacked on the territory of the republic.

The Russian Embassy in the republic reported that there was no information about injured or dead Russian citizens as a result of the US strikes on Venezuela.
