Konstantin Kosachev, Vice Speaker of the Federation Council, called the drone attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a cafe and hotel in Khorlakh, Kherson region, during New Year's celebrations, monstrous. He made a corresponding statement on January 1 in his Telegram channel.
