A criminal case has been opened into the deaths of 24 civilians in the Kherson region as a result of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a cafe and hotel on New Year's Eve. This was announced on January 1 by the official representative of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia Svetlana Petrenko.
