The governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, announced the destruction in the Odessa region of two employees of the territorial recruitment center (TCC, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine). He wrote about this in his Telegram channel on December 27.

"In the Odessa region, two employees of the shopping mall who were hunting people were killed by underground fighters," the governor wrote.

He also called the act of the Ukrainian underground "a real people's war against the criminal regime." According to him, everyone who persecutes his own fellow citizens is responsible to them.
