The United States believes that in order to resume direct flights with Russia, it is necessary first to achieve a settlement of the conflict in Ukraine. This was stated on December 26 by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov during the program "60 Minutes" on the channel "Russia 1".
