The defense of courier Angela Tsyrulnikova, who took money from singer Larisa Dolina after she sold her apartment, appealed the verdict against her in the housing fraud case. This was reported to Izvestia on December 26 in the Balashikha City Court of the Moscow region.

On November 28, the court sentenced the defendants in the case of the sale of the apartment of the People's Artist of the Russian Federation for up to seven years in a penal colony. Tsyrulnikova received seven years in prison with a fine of 1 million rubles. Other defendants in the case, Andrei Osnovy, Artur Kamenetsky and Dmitry Leontiev, were sentenced to four and seven years in a penal colony with a fine of 900 thousand rubles.

Thus, the Balashikha City Court received appeals against the verdict from Tsyrulnikova's lawyer, as well as from Osnovy's lawyer.

Tsyrulnikova, who served as a courier in a criminal group of scammers, was the first to be detained in August 2024. According to the investigation, Kamenetsky involved Dmitry Leontiev, a resident of Yoshkar-Ola, to whose card Larisa Dolina transferred 10 million rubles.

In December last year, another participant was detained and arrested — 20-year-old Tolyatti resident Andrey Osnova, who cashed 2.7 million rubles through ATMs in Perm. On December 16, 2025, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized the ownership of the disputed apartment of the singer for Polina Lurie. It was noted that the court also decided to cancel all the decisions of the lower courts in the case of the sale of the apartment by Dolina.

On December 25, the Moscow City Court satisfied Lurie's demands and decided to evict Dolina from a five-room apartment in the Khamovniki district. Subsequently, the actress left her home. Lawyer Lurie noted that her client does not plan to allow the artist to live in it after the court's decision on eviction.
