Sviridenko's lawyer told about the fate of things in the former apartment by Dolina
All the belongings of singer Larisa Dolina, with the exception of two items, must remain in the apartment, which became the property of Polina Lurie. Such conditions are indicated in the purchase and sale agreement signed by the parties, lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko said on December 25, the Izvestia correspondent reports.
"We have a list in the contract of sale, a whole table with things. These are plumbing fixtures, furniture and other items that should remain in the apartment. [The concert chair] is not on the list, it was excluded by an additional agreement, as was the piano," the human rights activist emphasized.
She added that the singer would only be able to pick up the piano and chair.
Earlier that day, the Moscow City Court granted Lurie's demands and ordered Dolina to be evicted from a five-room apartment in the Khamovniki district. After that, Dolina left the apartment in Khamovniki
Prior to that, lawyer Lurie said that Dolina had asked her to stay in an apartment in Khamovniki for a few more months. It was noted that the singer asked for more time because she did not have time to pack her things. In turn, Lurie's lawyer stated that her client does not intend to allow the artist to live in it after the court's decision on eviction.
On December 16, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized Polina Lurie's ownership of the disputed Dolina apartment. It was clarified that the court also decided to cancel all decisions of the lower courts in the case of the sale of the apartment of the artist.
