The lawyer stated Lurie's willingness to appeal to bailiffs for eviction by Dolina.
Polina Lurie does not want to apply to bailiffs for the forced eviction of singer Larisa Dolina, but she is ready for this. This was announced on December 25 by her lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko.
Earlier that day, the Moscow City Court granted Lurie's demands and ordered Dolina to be evicted from a five-room apartment in the Khamovniki district.
Prior to that, Lurie's lawyer said that Dolina had asked her to stay in an apartment in Khamovniki for a few more months. It was noted that the singer asked for more time because she did not have time to pack her things. In turn, Lurie's lawyer stated that her client does not intend to allow the artist to live in it after the court's decision on eviction.
On December 16, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized Polina Lurie's ownership of the disputed Dolina apartment. It was clarified that the court also decided to cancel all decisions of the lower courts in the case of the sale of the artist's apartment.
