VTB appreciated the demand for the "second hand" service and self-locks
The vast majority — 70% — of VTB customers who have connected the "second hand" service (when large transactions are confirmed by trusted relatives) belong to the age group over 60 years old. This was reported in the bank's press service.
The service was mostly in demand among women — their share was 65%. Most of the clients keep up to 2 million rubles in their accounts. It also turned out that young people (20-25 years old) are least interested in establishing control over their operations from relatives and friends — 3%.
According to the study, the state self—locking service for loans is more often installed by customers aged 41-55 years - they make up 50% of the total number of users of the service. Almost a third of them are clients aged 25-40. At the same time, the proportion of young people (under 25 years old) and the elderly (over 65 years old) it is less than 5%.
Self-locks are in demand among residents of Moscow and the Moscow Region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, as well as the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Bashkiria, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnodar and Krasnoyarsk Territories. Every month, the service blocks unwanted loans for 300 million rubles.
