Bacteria of the E. coli group were detected in salmon caviar of five brands. This was announced on December 24 in Roskachestvo.

"E. coli group bacteria were detected in caviar from five brands: Moskovsky Rybokombinat, Russian Sea, Krasnoe Zolotoe, Delicateska, and Krasnaya Caviar. The caviar of "MorMer" and "Gorchakov" showed an excess of CMAFAnM (total bacterial contamination)," RIA Novosti quoted the organization's statement.
