The composition of the New Year's lottery "Russian Lotto" drawing committee has been named

The composition of the independent draw commission has been determined, which will control the New Year's edition of the Russian Lotto on January 1, 2026. This was reported in the press service of the state lottery distributor Stoloto.

The task of the draw commission will be to control the randomness of the formation of winning combinations and the correctness of the draw as a whole. The commission will check the barrels and the bag for integrity, completeness and absence of temperature anomalies. Based on the results of the draw and in the absence of violations, the commission will sign a protocol on the basis of which the draw will be considered valid.

The commission includes lawyer Natalia Grigorieva (chairman), singer and presenter of the Show of the Day program on Nashe Radio Alice Vox, as well as Anton Ivanov, editor-in-chief of Men Today. "As a lawyer and a member of the circulation commission, I can guarantee that I will carefully check the barrels and the bag before the New Year's Billion drawing and monitor the progress of the circulation," Grigorieva said.

The New Year's drawing, like all previous ones, will be held in compliance with mandatory control measures, Stoloto stressed. In addition to the draw commission, the Federal Tax Service and the independent control system of the Russian Ministry of Sports will monitor the draw. Additionally, experts from F6, a Russian developer of technologies to combat cybercrime, will check the immutability of the database of participants in the ticket draw before and after the draw.

Since 2014, all lotteries in Russia have been state—owned, organized by the Russian Ministry of Finance and the Russian Ministry of Sports. State lotteries distributed by Stoloto are a significant source of replenishment of the federal budget through targeted contributions. Targeted contributions are used to finance socially significant facilities and events, including activities for the development of physical culture and sports.
