In Tyumen, they intend to withdraw more than 200 garages on Odesskaya Street for the implementation of the integrated territory development project. This is reported by the news agency " <url>" with reference to the relevant order of the regional Department of property relations.

The implementation of the CRT project is planned within the boundaries of Melnikaite, Kharkiv, and Odesskaya streets. It is planned to seize land plots and facilities located on them, including 233 garages.

According to the news agency, the territory is planned to be transformed in 10 years, the work will be divided into two stages. It is allowed to build multi-storey houses, a school, a kindergarten, and medical facilities on the site.

In addition to garages, the Dolgostroy at 65 Melnikaite was also demolished.
