Lada Iskra entered the top 10 of the Russian market for the first time

The Lada Iskra model has been included in the bestseller list of the Russian car market for the first time. She took the eighth place in the top 10 in terms of sales with 777 cars sold in a week. This was announced on December 22 by the analytical agency Autostat.

So, according to the results of the 51st week (from December 15 to December 21, 2025), Lada Granta prevails, which sold 2,785 copies. The second place was taken by the Tenet T7 crossover (1,286 units), which is produced in Russia at the ex-Volkswagen plant in the Kaluga region. The Haval Jolion crossover (1,246 units), which is being produced in the Tula region, dropped to the third place.

Next on the list are Haval M6 (1,200 units) and Tenet T4 (1,125 units), Lada Vesta (1,105 units) and Niva Travel (1,042 units). The top ten is rounded out by the Belgee X50 and Lada Niva Legend (761 and 676 units), located below the Iskra. It is noteworthy that of all the top 10, the only imported one is the Belarusian-made Belgee X50.

In total, 28.3 thousand new passenger cars were sold in Russia last week, which is 3.2% more than in the 50th week, but 1.2% less than in the same period of 2024.

Sales of Lada Iskra produced by Tolyatti plant started on July 20. The Iskra sedan costs from 1.25 million rubles in the basic configuration with a manual transmission. The most expensive modification of the model, the raised SW Cross station wagon in the maximum configuration with a CVT, was estimated at 1.8 million rubles.
