Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), said on December 21 that supporters of the conflict had failed to interfere with the Russian-American negotiations on a settlement over Ukraine held in Miami.
