"We are absolutely confident that we will find investors to restore and provide all humanitarian support in the long term," the newspaper quoted US Secretary of State Marco Rubio as saying.

Details about the future sponsor countries and contractors were not reported, but representatives of the Persian Gulf, Turkey and Egypt kingdoms were among the potential donors at the event.
