Lukashenko spoke about the warning of the Russian Federation about the US surveillance of the phones of his entourage

On December 19, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko announced during the All-Belarusian National Assembly that Russian counterintelligence had notified him about the wiretapping of the phones of his entourage by the United States.

"Most recently, for the second time this year, I was personally warned by Russian counterintelligence that the phones of people who are next to the president: my children, there is someone else in the dining room, not the dining room, someone nearby, closer - they are under the control of the United States," he quotes the words of RIA Novosti.

Lukashenko noted that he had demanded information about this from the State Security Committee (KGB) and the Operational Analytical Center (OAC) under the President of Belarus.

Lukashenko said during a meeting of the National Assembly on December 18 that Belarus is currently building constructive relations with the United States. He noted that negotiations with the United States can sometimes be tough, but they are conducted on equal terms, respecting the interests of Minsk and not questioning the authority and position of the country.
