The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation has published a list of directions for budget payments in digital rubles.

The Russian government has approved a list of federal budget expenditures that can be implemented using the digital ruble in 2025. This was announced on December 18 on the website of the Ministry of Finance of Russia.

"The list includes expenses for social security and other payments to the population, salaries and other payments to staff, as well as expenses for capital construction (reconstruction), repair and maintenance of state—owned facilities," the report says.
