More than 2 million requests were sent by Russians to a direct line with Russian President Vladimir Putin, which will be held on December 19. This was announced on December 18 by the Rossiya 24 TV channel.

"There are 2,057,319 questions in total," the TV channel said.

The Kremlin's press service noted in its MAX messenger channel that the largest number of requests — 918,000 — were received through calls. Also, 394 thousand questions were sent via the MAX messenger.
