Britain pointed to Putin's "ominous" warning to Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin issued an "ominous" warning to Ukraine during an expanded meeting of the board of the Russian Defense Ministry. This was announced on December 17 by The Daily Express (DE) newspaper.
