The scammers convinced Dolina to sell the apartment because of her personality

The scammers managed to convince People's Artist Larisa Dolina to sell her apartment and transfer the money to them, using the peculiarities of her thinking and personality traits. This is stated in the decision of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in the case of the singer's real estate.

"L. A. Dolina's mental response to the fraudulent influence was facilitated by a number of psychological characteristics of the victim, namely: age group, expressed safety values, way of thinking and personality traits," the conclusions of the political science expertise cited in the court decision say.

It is noted that Dolina became a tool for achieving criminal goals, including anonymizing the actions of intruders, since she was initially unaware of the deception and was under the influence of strong threats.
