The court sentenced Zueva, a foreign agent, in absentia for justifying terrorism
Anna Zueva, a foreign agent, was sentenced in absentia to six years in prison in a general regime colony for publicly justifying terrorism. This was announced on December 18 in the press service of the second Eastern District Military Court in the Telegram channel.
"On December 18, 2025, the 2nd Eastern District Military Court ruled in absentia against Anna Zueva for publicly justifying terrorist activities, as well as evading duties provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation on foreign agents," the statement said.
The court found that Zueva had posted on her social media a video of one of the pro-Ukrainian channels, which contained an attack by Ukrainian drones on the Irkutsk region. She also attached approving and justifying comments to the video.
The court also noted that Zueva, who was recognized as a foreign agent in October 2024, posted publications without appropriate labeling.
On December 11, the Second Western District Military Court sentenced a native of the Orel region to three years and six months in prison for justifying terrorism. According to investigators, a man born in 2002, while in the Moscow region, posted online publications calling on Russian Armed Forces soldiers to defect to the enemy.
It has also been established that there are published videos in the Telegram channel of a young man containing propaganda of the idea of terrorism and justifying those involved in committing terrorist acts on the territory of the Russian Federation.
