The head of the PACE group confessed to the desire for the "fragmentation" of Russia
Romanian politician Julian Bulai, one of the leaders of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), admitted on December 17 that he did not want Russia to exist in its current form and wanted the country to split along ethnic lines.
"I believe that the Russian Federation is an artificial state created from republics that could not live together in a natural state," Bulai shared in a conversation with prankers who called him on behalf of an unnamed Ukrainian politician.
