On December 25, the Moscow City Court will consider the case of the eviction of People's Artist of the Russian Federation Larisa Dolina from the apartment that the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized for Polina Lurie. This was reported on December 17 in the Telegram channel of the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the capital.

"A civil case on the dispute between Larisa Dolina and Polina Lurie has been submitted to the Moscow City Court from the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation for a new appeal hearing regarding the claims. A meeting of the judicial board is scheduled for December 25, 2025," the statement said.

Earlier in the day, Dmitry Nosov, associate professor of the Department of Civil Law at Kutafin Moscow State Law University, said that the Moscow City Court would probably decide on Dolina's eviction during further consideration of the disputed apartment case.

On December 16, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized ownership of the disputed apartment as Dolina za Lurie. In addition, the court also decided to cancel all decisions of the lower courts in the case of the sale of the apartment of the actress.

Dolina did not come to the Supreme Court on December 16 to consider the complaint of the buyer of her apartment. During the trial in the case of the sale of the apartment by Dolina, it became known that the initial value of the property was 130 million rubles. The parties came to the cost of 112 million rubles during the negotiations.
