A factory for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete has been built in the Savelka area of the Zelenograd Administrative District as part of a large-scale investment project. This was announced on Tuesday, December 16, by the press service of the Moscow Urban Planning and Construction Complex.

Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction, noted that about 4.5 hectares of land were allocated to the city for the implementation of the project in 2022. Production halls, a laboratory, administrative and household premises and a medical center were built on the territory, as well as storage areas. The company will employ more than 100 people, and all plots with a total area of 17 hectares will be leased to the investor at a discounted rate of one ruble per year, NSN notes.

It is noted that the project was implemented with the support of the incentive program for the creation of employment opportunities. Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry, stressed that the plant with a design capacity of up to 450 thousand cubic meters of products per year became the first facility of the industrial complex for the production of building materials in Zelenograd, which in the future will unite four enterprises and create more than 800 jobs, writes Moscow 24.

The press service added that the facility is fully operational: all utilities are connected, equipment commissioning is being completed, and the surrounding area has been landscaped. All stages of construction were under the control of the Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee, which, following inspections, confirmed the compliance of the complex with the design documentation, the Moscow City News Agency reports.
