Ilya Prusikin, co-founder and lead singer of the Little Big group (recognized by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation as a foreign agent), was fined for the third time this year for violations of the legislation on foreign agents. This was announced on December 12 by the press service of the Sosnovoborsky City Court of the Leningrad region.

"Being a foreign agent, I.V. Prusikin three times failed to submit to the authorized body (official) information (information), the submission of which is provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation on foreign agents," the message on the VKontakte social network says.

According to the court, Prusikin was found guilty of committing three administrative offenses under Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent"). He was fined 40,000 rubles for each administrative offense.

On November 19, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow imposed an administrative fine on the singer Monetochka (Elizaveta Girdimova, included in the register of foreign agents) for violating the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent. Girdymova faces a fine of 30,000 to 50,000 rubles.
