In Dagestan, 21 settlements were without electricity due to strong winds

As a result of a break and short circuit on the communication line due to strong winds in Dagestan, 21 settlements were de-energized. This was announced on December 13 by the Main Directorate (GU) of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the republic.

"21 settlements in seven municipal districts of Buinaksky, Novolaksky, Kizlyarsky, Khasavyurt, Suleiman-Stalsky, Kayakentsky, Sergokalinsky districts fall into the shutdown zone," the publication says.
