Investments in the Kaliningrad Region's economy increased by 10.5% in 2025
The volume of investments attracted to the Kaliningrad Region's economy increased by 10.5% in 2025, regional Governor Alexey Besprozvannykh said on December 13 following a working trip to the region by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova.
"We worked in the region together with Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova. <...> In 2025, the volume of attracted investments in the region's economy increased by 10.5%. Currently, 104 major investment projects have been announced for a total of 970 billion rubles, of which one third are investments in industrial production and agriculture," the Telegram channel reports.
According to the governor, healthcare, social policy and economics were discussed at the meeting of the commission on socio-economic development of the region. By the end of 2025, the region's gross regional product is expected to grow by at least 2.4%.
