Belousov discussed the development of unmanned systems with military commanders

Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov held a regular meeting with military correspondents on Saturday, December 13, during which the development of unmanned systems and modernization of weapons were discussed.

"A separate topic of conversation was the development of troops of the unmanned systems of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the modernization of weapons, military equipment, as well as weapons of destruction, taking into account the experience of using them in the zone of a special military operation," the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.

In addition, during the event, issues of logistical support for units in the military training area, food supplies for military personnel of groups of troops, including assault units, as well as the need for troops for new individual food rations designed for delivery by FPV drones were discussed.

According to the department, the military personnel at the meeting appealed to the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation with a number of initiatives to improve social support measures for participants in their military operations.
