The death toll from floods in Indonesia has increased to 1,441 people.

The number of flood victims in Indonesia has grown to almost 1.5 thousand people. This was announced on December 13 on the website of the National Agency for Natural Disasters (BNPB) of the country.

According to the ministry, currently more than 6 thousand people have been affected by natural disasters, and another 289 are missing.

Earlier it was reported that the death toll from the floods reached 1,317 people.
