In Moscow, law enforcement officers evacuated 1.5 thousand people from the Arena Plaza shopping center inside VTB Arena after reports of mining. This was announced on December 12 by a source of Izvestia.

"At 20:45, the evacuation began. 1.5 thousand people were taken out," the source said.
