Since the beginning of the year, the capital's video game studios have participated in eight foreign business missions. The business visits resulted in 36 export contracts, said Natalia Sergunina, Deputy Mayor of the capital.

"The total amount of transactions concluded with the support of the city has exceeded 1 billion rubles, and several more projects are currently under discussion. In the near future, users from countries such as China, India, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates will become familiar with Moscow video games," Sergunina said.

The Chinese market is waiting for two releases at once: a tactical command game and a magical adventure with puzzle elements will be released here. Partners from the UAE have acquired the rights to publish a simulator in which you can try on the role of an interior designer. The developers will also participate in the creation of interactive tourism content for national parks and cultural routes in Indonesia.

Another company in the capital has agreed to test and further promote a VR product that combines the mechanics of popular mobile, desktop and computer games. It is planned to distribute it in the MENA region — the countries of the Maghreb and the Middle East.

Business missions for industry representatives were organized within the framework of the Moscow Game Export program, one of the tools of the ecosystem of the Moscow cluster of video Games and Animation. It integrates a full cycle of content development and offers various support options, from training to project promotion in Russia and abroad.
