Fences on roads were repaired in the Moscow region

Handrail, cable and metal barrier fences on regional roads were repaired in the Moscow region. This was announced on Friday, December 12, according to the press service of the regional Ministry of Transport.

The work took place in 10 districts, writes the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya. Fences, in particular, were repaired on Stationnaya Street in Korolev, Ivanteevsky highway in Ivanteevka, Oktyabrskaya Street in Balashikha.

According to the ministry, fences are being installed to increase road safety and reduce the likelihood of accidents.

Earlier it was reported that 54 roads and eight overpasses will be built and reconstructed in the Moscow region. The changes will affect more than 3.5 million residents of the region.
