On the night of December 13, waves over 4 m high are expected off the coast of Iturup. Unfavorable conditions will persist until the evening.

Earlier it was reported that warming has set in in the Sverdlovsk region after abnormal frosts. Increased temperatures are expected until Sunday due to the onset of the cyclone.
