Sollers has unveiled a new domestic SF1 minibus in Moscow. This was announced on December 12 by the company's press service. The passenger version, designed to carry six passengers, has three rows of seats, and is comparable in size to a passenger car.

The minibus is equipped with a 1.5-liter gasoline turbo engine with a capacity of 136 hp. The engine meets Euro-5 environmental standards and is aggregated with a five-speed manual transmission. The basic equipment of the car includes two airbags, ABS system, parking sensors, air conditioning, heated front seats and steering wheel. The passenger compartment is equipped with an additional heater and USB ports for charging devices in the side panels.

"Taking into account the high level of localization since the start of production, the new minibus will meet the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia for participation in government programs of preferential car loans and leasing, as well as for inclusion in the registers of vehicles allowed to work in a taxi. These support measures will make the purchase of Sollers SF1 as accessible as possible for all categories of consumers," said Marat Sharapov, Sales and Marketing Director at Sollers.

Serial production of Sollers SF1 minibuses using full-cycle technology at the Yelabuga plant is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2026, the company noted.

Earlier, on December 9, Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant explained the postponement of the launch of the restyled Patriot SUV by its decision to immediately update the entire line of cars built on its basis — the Pickup Truck and the commercial Profi.
