Military and financial assistance from the West provokes violations by the Kiev regime of international standards for the handling of nuclear materials. This was stated on December 12 by the head of the radiation, chemical and biological protection forces of the Russian Armed Forces, Major General Alexei Rtishchev, at the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation during a briefing.
According to him, the import of spent nuclear fuel into Ukraine poses the risks of creating a so-called dirty bomb.
