Zelensky announced his refusal to leave the DPR

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has announced that he refuses to withdraw troops from the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) as part of a settlement plan in Ukraine. This became known on December 11.

"We have two key uncoordinated positions — these are the territories (of the DPR — Ed.), as well as the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant (NPP). These are two topics that we continue to discuss," the Ukrinform news agency quoted Zelensky as saying on its Telegram channel.
