The petition to dismiss the claim of JSC "Trading House "Perekrestok" to LLC "Kolenki Bees" in the amount of 5.8 million rubles was not satisfied. This was announced on December 11 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom of the Moscow Arbitration Court.

The lawyer who filed the petition said that the pre-trial claims against the company were sent improperly, and the documents themselves were addressed to employees who had already been dismissed.

In turn, the plaintiff's representative clarified that the company acting as the defendant violated the delivery time, and non-fulfillment of orders, in accordance with the contract, provides for a penalty penalty.

The Moscow Arbitration Court accepted the claim of the Perekrestok store against Kolenki Pchela LLC on November 17. According to open sources, Kolenki Bees LLC produces chips and energy drinks under the Easy Peasy brand. Ivleeva was one of the founders of the company, and in May she left the company's founding board.
