Denmark calls the United States a threat to national security because of Greenland

For the first time, Denmark called the United States a potential threat to its own national security amid disagreements about Greenland's ownership. This was reported by Bloomberg on December 10.

"For the first time, the Danish intelligence agency has identified the United States as a potential security threat, which indicates a change in the Scandinavian country's attitude towards its close ally amid geopolitical disagreements over Greenland," the agency reports.

The corresponding wording is contained in the forecast of the agency's intelligence activities for 2025, which was made public on Wednesday.
