The phased completion of the fire season has begun in Primorye

The stage-by-stage process of completing the 2025 fire season has begun in Primorsky Krai. This is stated in the relevant decree of the regional government dated December 9.

The process is divided into four stages. Since December 9, the fire season has been closed in 12 urban and municipal districts, including Arsenyevsky and Dalnerechensky gorokrug, Spassk-Dalny district, Krasnoarmeysky and Chernigov municipal districts.

From December 15, the fire season will cease in Dalnegorsky, Kavalerovsky, Olginsky and Terneysky districts, from December 22 — in Artemovsky, Vladivostok, Nakhodka gorokrugs and Bolshoy Kamen district, Lazovsky Nadezhdinsky, Partizansky, Khasansky and Shkotovsky districts, the city of Partizansk and BUT Fokino.

The longest period of increased danger will last until December 29 in the central and western regions. According to the PrimaMedia news agency, these are the Ussuriysky gorokrug, Mikhailovsky, Oktyabrsky, Pogranichny, Khankai and Khorolsky municipal districts.
