Trump declared the threat of the destruction of Europe due to weak policies
US President Donald Trump has said that the migration and energy policies of European countries pose a threat of destruction to Europe. He said this on December 9 on Fox News, which is broadcast on the social network X.
According to Trump, the situation in the EU countries is deteriorating due to immigration decisions. He noted that "a lot of bad things are happening to Europe" and called the current migration policy "destructive for a beautiful Europe." Trump also warned that the combination of uncontrolled migration and mistakes in the energy sector could lead the continent to catastrophic consequences.
He added that the EU should "be much more careful," as these factors, in his opinion, are capable of "destroying Europe."
Earlier, on December 6, it was reported that European countries are trying to avoid a split in relations with the United States amid disagreements over the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict. According to Bloomberg, there is growing concern in the EU about Washington's attempts to negotiate with Russia on terms that Europe may regard as Western capitulation. European diplomats noted that the Trump administration's policy on the Ukrainian issue had become a "roller coaster ride" for them and undermined confidence in American negotiators.
