Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree on rotation in the Presidential Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights. The relevant decree was published on December 8 on the official Internet portal of legal information.

The updated HRC includes: Alexey Lubkov, Rector of Moscow State University, Maria Bolshakova, Chairman of the Board of the All-Russian Public Charity Organization Union of Russian Military Families, Natalia Kravchenko, Adviser to the Chairman of the Board of the non-profit organization Foundation for the Development of the Center for the Development and Commercialization of New Technologies, Artur Shlykov, Chairman of the All-Russian Public movement Civil Committee of Russia.

Also, according to the decree, Kirill Vyshinsky, Nikolai Ivanov, Irina Kirkora, Roman Romanov and Igor Yurgens are excluded from the HRC.

On November 25, Putin dismissed Gennady Lopatin, deputy head of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation. It was also noted that the President appointed Oleg Logunov as the head of the main personnel Department of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation. According to the decree, Evgeny Botvinkin became the prosecutor of the Republic of Tyva, Valery Voynov became the prosecutor of the Voronezh Region, Roman Deringa became the Ural Transport Prosecutor, and Dmitry Popov became the prosecutor of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug — Yugra.
