Ex-judge Viktor Momotov refused to appeal against the seizure of 9 billion rubles from him. This was reported on December 6 by law enforcement agencies.

"Momotov decided not to appeal the decision to seize his property and the means of converting them into state revenue," TASS reported there.

According to Momotov's lawyer, the complaint sent to the court by his representatives was not received there.
